I have high blood pressure that I am controlling with medication. I want to take a supplement that includes CO Q10 and Ginkgo Biloba. Is it safe for me to add this vitamin to my diet?

Probably safe but ginko can raise your blood pressure. Co-Q 10 does not usually present a risk.
