I`m a 29 year old female, I excercise 3-4 days a week, I drink plenty of water, get plenty of sleep, but am extremely fatigued. Any kind of vitamin/supplement I should be taking to up my energy levels?

- B-100 four times a day
- Multivitamin daily
- Magnesium oxide four times a day
- Calcium carbonate with Vit D three times a day
