Vitamin D Intake

Can a prescription of 50,000 units of vitamin D once a week do harm if you have other medical problems. (hypothyroid, HTN, or irrg.heartbeat)

This may be contraindicated with renal failure, heart disease, kidney stones, osteodystrophy, hypervitamin A, hypercalcemia but not specifically to the conditions you mentioned or their medications
