My father of 83 has recently suffered a stroke which has affected the right side of his body. But the worse part of the stroke is that he is unable to make himself understood. He has all his faculties and, therefore, very frustrated about not being understood. Is there anything I can do to assit him in being understodd and is there any thing on the market that can help him spell out his words?
Hello. It is unclear from your question whether your dad has difficulty with formulating his words (language) or with making his words sound clear (speech). Would you write to clarify this, and also let me know how long it has been since he had the stroke. I look forward to hearing from you.
