IV discomfort

Question:

I had an IV in my left wrist for 8 days while in the hospital. When I bend my wrist or twist it, at times I have severe discomfort and a pain. I don`t know if the vein is the problem or if it is a nerve. Who would you recommend I go see to look at this problem?
