Lump on My Collar Bone05/31/2007 |
I have had what I thought was a swollen lymph node on my right collar bone. It feels almost like a bruise. One doctor I saw said it was probably an infection and gave me a 10 day course of antibiotics which did nothing to help. I saw another doctor who recommended a CT scan which I did but it showed no swollen lymph nodes.
Why would the cat scan not see whatever this is? What else could it be? I see all of these questions but no answers. What are the possibilites?
There is really no way to answer this question over the internet, without physically examining the lump itself. I think you need to address these questions to the doctors who have examined you.
