Question:

What is Osteopenia? How can it be treated?

Osteopenia is a category of bone density that is in between what is considered normal and what is considered osteoporosis. People in this category should be especially conscientious about getting adequate calcium, vitamin D (at least 800 IU/day) and exercise.
