Blood clots in the lung

Question:

What are the damages to the lung and if thir is more then 1 can this be a death factor

Answer:

If you referring to pulmonary emboli, their effects on the lung can result in pulmonary hypertension which can make the lung stiff and work poorly. More then one can be tolerated but the most important factor is where it occurs.
