Badly twisted ankle08/23/2007 |
last year i stepped out of the tractor and fell in a hole my ankle twisted badley i went to the hospital where they xrayed it and saidn it was sprailned it blew up like a ballon and went six different colours today twelve months later it is still badly swollen and quite sore what do you think i should do doctors and hospital say nothing
There are multiple reasons for continued swelling. It is important to determine if the swelling is noticeable all the time or just after activity. Since you have been experiencing symptoms a year later, it is best to follow-up with a physician for further testing. If you are not satisfied with the answers from your physician, you may want to consult another physician for a second opinion
