Hip Pain After Lymphoma Surgery06/08/2007 |
I had a lymphoma removed a year ago in "06" from the upper region on my hip-the size of a softball. Now I am having nasty pain in my hip region and lower back. Could they have cut a nerve or muscle. Procedure was done in the office of the surgeon.
Without an assessment with a detailed history and physical examination, it is impossible to answer that question. An evaluation with a Pain Medicine specialist would be helpful not only to answer the question posed but more importantly to address the pain.
