Trauma as a Trigger for Dementia07/10/2007 |
Can a trauma trigger Dementia, not specifically a head injury, but a very heavy fall? Resulting in broken bones.
It is unlikely that trauma without significant head injury and loss of conscious could contribute to a dementia.
