Puss bumps on upper gum

MY UPPER TEETH WERE EXTRACTED ABOUT 4 WEEKS AGO, BEFORE & SINCE THEN I HAVE THEM PUSS BUMPS, THOUGHT THEY WOULD GO AWAY AFTER ECTRACTIONS. WHAT IS THIS & WHAT CAN I DO TO CORRECT IT. PLEASE TELL ME THERE IS SOMETHING I CAN DO AT HOME. THEY DON`T STAY ALL OF THE TIME. PLEASE HELP
