Removing Black Line from Crown Base07/17/2007 |
I have been to the dentist twice to fix a crown that keeps coming off. After he fixed the crown once again about two weeks ago I have noticed that there is a black or blue line under the gum around the base of the tooth that has the crown. It looks awful. It is also sore when I eat and something pushes against it. Any ideas? I am apprehensive of returning to the same dentist on the same tooth again. (I am a 18 year old white female)
The situation needs to be evaluated clinically. I would recommend seeing a new dentist.
