My son is two years old and has been circumcised however the skin readhered to the head of the penis just above the rim and I was wondering if and how this can be fixed? Is it fixed when puberty begins or can it be fixed now?Thank you.
If there is a skin bridge (fibrous adhesion) between the penile shaft and head of the penis, then it should be fixed now. If it is a filmy adhesion, then it will resolve over time.
