Small mandible vs large teeth10/05/2007 |
I have a 9 year old boy. he suffer from rhinitis and food allergy. he has a small face and either a small mandible. however he has a larg and irregular teeth. so i have some questions; 1- when is the best time for meeting the orthodontist for him. Is there any chace for him to keep all of his teeth.
He should see an orthodontist right now. There are many approaches to treatment of crowded teeth and in fact, most people could be treated without removing teeth. Just remember that for some people removing teeth is the best treatment plan. You should look for a board certified orthodontist in your area to make this evaluation.
