Bridges

10/19/2007

Question:

how long a bridge can last

Answer:

The amount of time that a bridge will last depends on how well it is taken care of. With regular cleanings, dental exams and home maintenance (flossing), a bridge can last many decades. Other factors to be considered are the amount of bone a person has, whether the teeth have had root canals, and the way in which a person's teeth come together. The best bite is distributed all around the mouth with no other missing teeth.
