Temporal lobe bone pain-behind right ear10/23/2007 |
I have had moderate-severe pain to the touch immediately behind and around the bone of my right ear, the top area, with no other symptoms to speak of. If I touch the area or pull my ear a certain way it will hurt. This pain comes and goes actually on each side of my head- behind the ears- the temporal bone area. What is causing this?
NetWellness, nor it's contributing experts can make a diagnosis via the internet. Based on what you have provided, the discomfort seems to be neuropathic in nature. It is our recommendation that you discuss this and be evaluated by your physician.
