WHAT DOES MILD INTRASUBSATNCE SIGNAL ABNORMALITY OF MEDIAL MENISCUS WITHOUT EVIDENCE OF TEAR MEAN?
This means that there may be some swelling or wear/tear changes of the meniscus. The lack of a tear is reassuring, however. These changes on MRI are non-specific and probably are not related to symptoms you are having. I hope this helps.
