what can you do to start losing weight once you have went thru menopause ?
Losing weight after menopause is the same as losing weight before menopause. It just gets more difficult with age because our metabolism probably slows down and we tend to get a lot less exercise compared to when we were 20.
In general we must take in less energy (food) than we spend (exercise). That is why exercise combined with less food intake is the best way to lose weight.
