Question:

is 700,000 considered high enough to go on medicatiod,such as hydrea & ow long would i have to be on it?

Answer:

If your doctor has documented that you have high platelets due to a bone marrow disease, then patients are treated at that level of platelet count. However, this is usually dependent on the physician's judgement.
