My grandson urinates one a day. Shoud I be concerned?
It depends on his age. Generally most children urinate 5 or 6 times per day. If it is truly only once per day, then a urological evaluation would be appropriate. They probably would check for constipation and other issues in the history, perform a physical examination, and obtain a kidney and bladder ultrasound.
