when a tooth comes loose from grinding your teeth can the tooth be saved
This is really a difficult question - there are many variables that can influence tooth loss -- age of patient, fillings/crowns on the tooth in question, the health of gums/bones (periodontal), and the nature of the grinding. Really a visit with a dentist is the best way to address these questions.
