My 70 yr old beau SUFFERS from ED due to diabetes. We have tried the pills, which had no effect, and the injections, which give him an erection but not strong enough for penetration. I find I am getting very discouraged myself, after three years of being always supportive, positive, encouraging, etc. I am no longer having orgasms from oral sex. How can I continue to support him and have my orgasms back?
Lack of orgasm could also be as the result of lack of estrogen or aging. However, there are still some treatments available for male erectile dysfunction. These include vacuum device or penile prosthesis.
