i just had my teeth clean and know it hurts all the time to hot and cold.and its been a month
I would make an appointment to have them checked so they can assess the health of your tissues. Also if you have some recession, you could try sensitivity toothpaste followed by ACT fluoride rinses. This will make your teeth stronger and less sensitive to cold.
