Little boy part problems01/25/2008 |
My 10 year old son has been complaining with his penis retracting. About 3 years ago, he had an inguinal hernia and a hydrocile and had to have his right testicle buttoned down. Last year, his left testicle was retracting. Now,he has to physically push his penis out. What is happening and do we need to see a specialist?
If he is significantly overweight, then the penis may retract. It does not sound like it is related to the right testis, however. If there are ongoing concerns, however, then it would be appropriate to be seen/evaluated by a pediatric urologist.
