Sharp pain in lower ride side, what is it from?
It is unclear from the question if it is the right lower side of the abdomen/groin or it is the low back area. In the groin area, there could be a hernia, appendix or colon problem, nerve injury from previous surgery and depending on gender, sex organ related problems. In the low back, there could be arthritis or sprain affecting the sacroiliac joint or facet joints as well as disc related pain. There are other less common causes of pain in both areas. Evaluation by a physician is always needed to arrive at a diagnosis.
