Incontinence

Ejaculation

02/15/2008

Question:

I noticed that when I`m ejaculating I feel the normal sensation. However, no semen comes out, even though I felt it coming.  For my partner, it`s disrupting when in a sexual situation.  Is there anything I can do?

Answer:

You should discuss this with your physician. If the volume of the ejaculate was normal in the past, this can be related to medications that you may be taking or could be related to prior surgery on the prostate or bladder neck. If this is due to medication, changing or stopping the medication may correct the situation.
