can a patient grow out of pulmonary hypertention or possibly get rid of the desesse on thier own.
Thank you for your question. The vast majority of patients who are accurately diagnosed with pulmonary hypertension carry this diagnosis for the remainder of their lives. However, a small number of patients who are initially treated with medication are able to be transitioned off of medication over time. Some patients undergo lung transplantation as well.
