I have spoken with a lot of black women and we have gone through the same things with menopause, what cultural are you determining this age for, because Black women start menopause at an early age.

Answer:

It is normal to have your last menstrual period between 41 and 55.  For the last menstrual period to occur younger than 41 is considered early or premature.
