Having irregular bowel movements04/03/2008 |
I normally have a movement every 3 to 4 days and it fills the toilet. I am on a very high fiber diet. The movement is very soft to loose and lots of mucus. What can I do?
If this is your normal pattern, and has been for a long time, no need to worry- unless you are having anal pain, abdominal pain, or bleeding.
