I was wondering what the effects of taking out the filter and placing the tobacco in a Black and Mild cigar would have on someone, versus leaving the filter in? does it turn a bad situation worse?
Removing the filter in a B/M will have no effect on your health. However, smoking a B/M with a filter or without one is equally stupid and injurious to your health. Eventually Black and Mild = Black and Dead.
