Cricomyotomy side effect04/09/2008 |
I had this surgery two years ago and occasionally have water brash but no GERD. Is this a side effect from having the crico muscle split?
I am not sure what you mean by water brash, however, cricomyotomy should not lead to increase reflux since this is a result of the lower esophageal sphincter.
