Jaw lump

04/14/2008

Question:

In the last three days, I have discovered a lump at the top of my jaw on the left side under my ear. It doesn`t hurt except when I push on it.

Answer:

Could be many different things:

(1) a sebaceous (skin) cyst

(2) MPD/TMJ (Jaw Muscle Jaw Joint Syndrome)

(3) Wisdom Tooth Infection

(4) Cervical (NecK) Lymph Node Inflammation or some other problem.

Have your local dentist check it.
