i have swolling on my feet and ankles which goes to the calves all my blood test and renal test thyoridand other test are normal from question ans of your site and other information i came to the conclusion that i have veins inefficency(as the doc here are not able to diagnoise any thing)now apart from stockings what else should i do to manage pain and defer futher detoriatons can excersise help if yes the what as i have to trvel a lot can i take painkillers please guide me further on this thanks
Hello. I would recommend you ask your primary care physician about getting an ultrasound of the valves in the veins of your legs – a venous reflux study – to assess whether you have venous insufficiency. There are lots of minimally invasive treatments available. Good luck!
