FSH level is 25, I have no sperm coming out05/28/2008 |
hi my fsh level is 25 lh is normal and testerrone is normal too. i have no sperm in the semen there for i have azoo spermia. does this mean i will never be able to have children?
You should see a urologist specializing in male infertility. An elevated FSH does suggest testicular failure with regards to sperm production. A testicular biopsy can be performed to determine whether you are making any sperm at all; even small amounts can be frozen for use in in vitro fertilization (IVF) procedures. Also, the urologist will evaluate for any "blockage" that might prevent sperm from exiting the urethra.
