05/20/2008

Question:

Is PAH always fatal?

Answer:

PAH is not always the cause of death for patients afflicted with this condition, but it is a very serious problem and is unfortunately frequently a fatal condition. We currently have multiple treatments for PAH and these range from pills to IV medication to lung transplantation.
