i missed carried 4 months ago at 4 weeks, after thar my periods have been irregular now i just had a poeriod at 34 day cycle,i have been having regular intercourse,so i would like to know when could i have conceived.thankyou
This would be difficult to determine in patients who do not have regular periods (i.e. we don't know if your next period would come in 34 days). In patients with normal periods, ovulation would be expected to occur approximately 2 weeks before the expected period. Therefore, in a 34 day cycle, ovulation would be expected to occur around cycle day 19. The optimal times for intercourse would be cycle days 15,17,18, and 21.
