Exercise and Fitness
Is there a way to calculate how may carbs you are burning while using an elliptical? It will calcuate calories burned, but I am interested in the amount of carbs burned. Thank you.
Carbohydrates contain 4 calories per gram. However, everyone's body is different, and whether you're burning carbohydrates, proteins, or fats is dictated by a number of factors.
The most important thing is "calories in" and "calories out". If you eat more calories then you burn off, you will gain weight. If you burn more calories then you eat, you will lose weight.
Think "calories" not "carbs".
