Sperm Production07/25/2008 |
I had undescended testicles for which I was operated on and had removed. Only one is there which is very weak and very small in size. Without this can my body produce sperm ??. I have no problem in having sex . I take hormone injections once a month.
If you are taking testosterone injections to achieve erections, this would significantly decrease your sperm counts to the point that they might be zero. It is certainly possible that even without taking hormones, your sperm counts would still be low or at the zero level. A semen analysis could give you some information regarding this question. I would also recommend that you see a urologist who specializes in male infertility.
