I am 16 years old and it seems like my penis has not gained size in a flaccid state. It`s at around 3 in. Is my masturbating affecting the growth of my penis?
If you feel that your penile size is small, then please see your pediatrician or an endocrinologist to have a blood test taken to look at your hormones.
