Do I have a serious problem? Doctor says drink plenty of water, but I want to know what does the result imply? Should I take some antibiotic?
You may have a bladder infection and a urine culture is the only way to tell for sure. If the culture is positive and you have symptoms, your doctor would most likely place you on antibiotics.
