what is the cause of severe bloating, two or three pant sizes BIGGER? is it bad?
There are many causes for bloating, but it comes down to either retention of gas in the bowels, a pelvic mass, or fluid in the abdomen. It can be from GI issues like irritable bowel, ulcerative colitis, or even ovarian cancer. It is such a non-specific symptom, that you would need to be evaluated to determine the cause.
