Performance anxiety/Sexual performance

Question:

Recently, I had a genital exam and my physician determined that my erection problem was not physiological but psychological. I also learned that I had to get circumcised because I have a cyst in my foreskin. My questions are: How can I get over my performance anxiety? Will my circumcision affect my sexual performance in the future?

Answer:

You did not tell me your age. At old age the condition is multifactorial and treatment with Viagra or injection has satisfactory result.

If you are younger than 50 years old then one has to determine the cause such as diabetes, hypertension etc.

Anxiety performance can be treated either by Viagra or anti-anxiety medication such as Paxil. Side effect will include delayed ejaculation. Circumcision does not adversely affect erection or ejaculation.
