i had an extraction over 36 hours ago is it normal to still not have any feeling in my lips, cheek and lower face. im still very numb n also have pins and needle
This is not the usual occurrence but can happen. You should contact your dentist as this can occur with either the surgery or from the local anesthesia. The "pins and needles" sensation is actually a good thing and means the nerve is recovering. Still, you should contact your dentist who can advise you more appropriately.
