Lack of ejaculate

Question:

I had a kidney transplant. Prior to that I had no problem ejaculating. One month later, I had a catheter inserted to empty bladder. I had the cath for one week. Cath was removed when sent implated in ureter. Ever since I cannot ejaculate.  It`s been three weeks! What do you think could be the problem?
