Front crown smells and is turning gray09/10/2008 |
I previously asked a question that was for the most part answered, but there was still something that I would like know. Should a 6 month old all porcelain crown be turning gray or no? The crown was put directly on my original tooth with no posts or anything extra added. If no then what is the reason for the discoloration. Is there possibly a relation to the bad odor I am getting from the crown as well. Thank you for taking the time to answer my questions.
A clinical exam is needed to answer this question. Crowns should not change color.
