Vascular Surgery

Hi, I am a 46 year old male, recovering from microscopic polyangitis caused possibly by a reaction to a cholesterol drug. I am down to 5mg prendisolone daily and am also on 200mg daily of Imuran. My question: when I stretch my right leg fully, i feel a burning stretching sensation on the outside of the sole of my foot, is this because my veins are damaged by the condition or something else. There are no visible symptoms on the skin. Thanks.

This sounds more nerve-related particularly with the sensation occurring with some type of movement. Musculoskeletal movement does not stimulate any type of pain response from vessels in general.
