Is 1000mg oral Prednisone (50 pills per day) considered standard treatment for a one day occurance of possible Myasthenia Gravis?
Let me answer your question in two parts: 1. I have never used the dosing that you describe. It is far from a standard dose. 2. I am not sure what you mean by "a one day occurrence of possible myasthenia gravis". The foundation of good care is an accurate diagnoses. You should be working with an experienced neurologist to sort out your symptoms. Best of luck.
