Galvus 50mg10/20/2008 |
I have been prescribed Galvus 50 mg once a day before Breakfast. Understand this is a new drug, is there any feed back or concern areas with this drug?
This is a drug which has not yet been approved in the United States by our Food and Drug Administration so I do not have access to the company's drug prescribing information. It is a member of a class of drugs for which there is another drug available in the United States, sitagliptin. Sitagliptin has a reputation as a fairly safe drug but I am afraid I have no further info on the specific drug you are asking about.
