Myasthenia Gravis

Myasthenia gravis

I havea family Member that was diagnosed with Myashenia Gravis and is still under extreme care for a month now. My question is, what is causes him to be hot and sweating all the time. His tempature is fine and does not have a fever when the nurse checks him.

Myasthenia gravis does not cause sweating itself. So the sweating must have another cause. Some of the more likely possibilities would be medication effect (mestinon or prednisone), stress, or a hidden infection.
